Master Gardener Phone Line
The garden phone line is a free service offered through Penn State Extension office to help Mercer County residents with gardening questions and concerns.
Penn State Master Gardeners assist the Penn State Cooperative Extension Educator by providing research-based answers to garden-related questions from residents in our county.
Currently, our volunteers field calls on Tuesdays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To use this service, call the Mercer County Extension Office at 724-662-3141, select option 4, and leave a message (anytime of the day) describing your gardening problem or question. Master Gardeners will research your question and return your call when they are in the office.
