The educational program for early education professionals and parents is offered as part of a statewide Penn State Extension program to support quality early learning. Music comes naturally for some people. They sing spontaneously, making up rhymes and songs throughout the day. For others, music can be a source of frustration and embarrassment. From a child’s viewpoint, music is a mode of creative expression through voice, movement, listening, and playing instruments.
