Lebanon County - Cooking Institute Spring Classes

The winter class series will feature produce that is available year round in our local grocery stores. The recipes in the classes will showcase these common vegetables in new and exciting ways, ways you may not have ever considered. You will leave each class feeling like you have just been introduced to a new friend, the common everyday vegetable that can be found on any given day in any given grocery.
Class Description:
Edible flowers can be grown in your garden or in a container for your use all through the summer season. They will brighten your outdoor spaces as well as add beauty to the foods from your kitchen. You will learn:
- Which flowers are edible
- How to plant seasonally so you have flowers all growing season long
- Ways to incorporate edible flowers in your kitchen
- The cautions involved with edible flowers

MUST be available for the date of the class AND the SNOW DATES. NO REFUNDS will be issued if the class is held on the snow date.
