Outstanding 4-H Boy and Girl Awards!

Two out-standing 4-H’ers will be chosen from the 4-H Summary of
Participation Forms turned in this year...
Just fill out your form and mail it to the office on or before September 28 to be named the Outstanding Boy or Girl in Lackawanna County 4-H this year.
By filling out this form, you automatically become a member of the Green and White Club, and will receive a special prize at our Achievement Event. You will also be sent several additional gifts throughout the next 4-H year.
The Summary of 4-H Participation Form can be obtained by calling the Extension Office at 570-963-6842 and ask for one to be mailed to you or contact your 4-H leader for a copy.
