NRCS & PA IPM programming in Support of Tree Fruit IPM in Pennsylvania Since 2004 NRCS has supported IPM implementation in Pennsylvania Tree Fruit. Up to now, this has been accomplished through the Agricultural Management Assistance (AMA) program. This program requires that individual IPM activities be defined, instruction for implementation be written and costs be assigned to each activity. We engaged the help of research and extension specialists at Penn State's Tree Fruit research and extension center to provide this information.
