Association of Asthma Educators 6 hour CME program "Becoming an Asthma Educator and Care Manager" that will take place from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm in the DiGeorge Auditorium on October 6th, 2011 at St Christopher's Hospital for Children located at Erie Avenue at Front Street in Philadelphia, PA. The actual street address is 3601 A Street Philadelphia, PA 19134. This program is supported by a CME grant from Merck. The program can accommodate 100 participants. The AAE has set up a web site for registration for this program which is on the attached brochure.
