Pennsylvania Personal Income Tax Training Program
The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue's e-learning course designed to help Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (VITA/TCE) volunteers prepare to complete PA tax returns. In addition to covering basics about Pennsylvania tax returns, users can also learn about the PA Rent and Tax Rebate program.
