Quick Exercise Activities

Quick exercises to enjoy with your family. It is the combination of eating smart AND moving more that will lead you to better health.
  • Children need at least 60 minutes of physical activity everyday.
  • Adults need to get a total of at least 30 minutes of physical activity 5 days a week. 
  • These amounts of activity do not have to be all at once, 10 minutes at a time will work. 
  • The activities do not have to be strenuous, but they should be over and above your normal daily activities.
