One woman shared with the class her husband’s comments of concern as she was preparing to fly with a female friend. One woman’s "claim to fame" is she’s known as the only female in her block who shovels snow.
Years ago a woman was told by her physician that she would have to use a walker for the rest of her life because she had fallen so many times (including out of her bed). After just two months of strength training, she walked unaided around her apartment and to her hairdresser.

A woman was being treated by a physical therapist for her fibromyalgia when she decided to enroll in our StrongWomen classes. For the first time she experienced relief from her disease much to the shock of the therapist who asked how she could make referrals to our strength training classes!
