Ingredients:
- 4 celery stalks, washed
- Carrots, washed, peeled, and grated. To save time, you can buy shredded carrots in the produce section of most grocery stores.
- Shredded wheat, crushed
- Peanut butter
Equipment:
- Knife
- Large mixing bowl
- Spoon
- Peeler
- Grater
- Zip-top bags
Directions:
- Mix equal amounts of carrots, shredded wheat, and peanut butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into celery stalks.
- Cut in half.
To Serve:
Put two stalks in a zip-top bag. Press the inside of the mixture-filled stalks together to create logs and prevent a sticky mess
