Ranch Veggie Dip
Children will need help from an adult! Don't forget to drink water while you hike.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 package powdered ranch salad dressing mix
Equipment:
- Small mixing bowl
- Mixing spoon
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in small mixing bowl.
To Serve:
Put in a portable, covered dish. Also, pack the dip with a frozen water bottle or ice pack in an insulated container to keep it cold on the trail.
