Garlic & Onion Veggie Dip
Children will need help from an adult! Don't forget to drink water while you hike.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of ground pepper
Equipment:
- Blender
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend ingredients until
smooth.
To Serve:
Put in a portable, covered dish. Also, pack the dip with a frozen water bottle or ice pack in an insulated container to keep it cold on the trail.
