Trail Crunchers

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
- 1/4 cup dried mixed fruit
- 1-1/2 ripe bananas
- 1/8 cup vegetable oil
- 1-1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Equipment:
- Blender
- Large bowl
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Cookie sheet
- Fork
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Chop nuts in blender and place in large bowl.
- Chop dried fruit in blender and add to chopped nuts in large bowl.
- Add bananas, vanilla, vegetable oil, rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon to bowl and mix well.
- Let mixture sit for 5 minutes.
- Using a spoon, place spoonfuls of dough on cookie sheet.
- Flatten each mound of dough with a fork.
- Bake dough for 20 minutes.
- Remove cookies from oven and let cool.

Package each cookie into a zip-top bag.
