Confetti Tortillas
Children will need help from an adult! Don't forget to drink water while you hike.

Ingredients:
- 15-ounce can of red or black beans
- 11-ounce can of corn
- 1 cup salsa
- 12 flour
tortillas
Equipment:
- Small mixing bowl
- Can opener
- Spoon
- Plastic wrap
- Measuring cups
Directions:
- Drain and rinse the beans.
- Drain the corn.
- Combine beans, corn, and salsa in bowl and mix.
- Spoon 1/4 cup into tortillas and roll up.
To Serve:
Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap.
Variations:
Try using whole wheat tortillas and adding cheese
