Fruit Twigs

Children will need help from an adult! Don't forget to drink water while you hike.

Yield: 4 servings

Serving Size: 1 kabob

Prep Time: 15 minutes



  • Your favorite fruits (bananas, apples, grapes, pears, pineapple)
  • 1 serving of Twig Dip


  • Knife
  • 4 wooden skewer sticks
  • Plastic wrap


  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly.
  2. Cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Slide pieces of fruit onto kabob.

To Serve:

Wrap individual servings in plastic wrap.

Helpful Hint:

Add a little lemon juice to apples, pears, and bananas to prevent browning.
