Impacts
In research sites our studies have shown children have significantly improved by:

More consumption of whole grains, fruit, breakfast, willingness to try new fruits and vegetables, less higher-fat and sugar foods and drinks
- Increased minutes of physical activity and ease and enjoyment of physical activity, less TV/video/computer time
The majority of children above 85 BMI percentile have maintained their weight and decreased in systolic blood pressure six months post program.
Compared to control groups, we saw the program research sites significantly improve in:

Whole grains, trying new fruits and vegetables, consuming less fat foods, setting more healthy eating goals
