Simple Upper Body Strength Exercises
Arm Circles
Hold your arms out, palms down, making the letter “T”. Make arm circles (at any size you feel is comfortable). Do this for about a minute. Shake your arms out and circle your shoulders a few times.
Chest Exercise
Put your hands together in a prayer position with arms parallel to the floor. Squeeze and unsqueeze palms together (feeling chest tighten) for a minute.
Clasp your hands behind your back to stretch your chest muscles.
