Quick Exercise Activities
Quick exercises to enjoy with your family. It is the combination of eating smart AND moving more that will lead you to better health.
- Children need at least 60 minutes of physical activity everyday.
- Adults need to get a total of at least 30 minutes of physical activity 5 days a week.
- These amounts of activity do not have to be all at once, 10 minutes at a time will work.
- The activities do not have to be strenuous, but they should be over and above your normal daily activities.
Setting a goal is important in helping you to be more active. Write a physical activity goal for each week.
