Walk by Faith (WbF) is a program to encourage healthy eating and simple exercise, such as walking, with the goal of helping participants maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of developing cancer. Participants in the WbF program set and track personal health goals over six months. The WbF program includes six educational sessions (one a month), events and activities for additional motivation and support.

The WbF program offers an evidence-based opportunity for all to improve their health and reduce cancer risks together with the support of their community and church.

Each participant in the Walk by Faith program will receive:

  • Educational sessions on healthy eating, weight management, physical activity and walking
