Master Gardener Demonstration Garden: Herb Garden
Originally designed as a classic “knot” style garden, the Herb Demonstration Garden has a selection of annual and perennial herbs on display. Herbs are defined as plants that are, or have been historically, grown for their usefulness to humankind, whether culinary, cosmetic, medicinal, insecticidal, or as teas and dyes. The herb garden was installed circa 1995 and is used as part of our annual Herb Workshop.
