The Penn State Extension of Franklin County is proud to take part of the statewide effort Harvest 4-Health. This afterschool program provides youth the opportunity to learn healthy lifestyle choices.
The Penn State Extension of Franklin County welcomes you to come and work hands-on in the Preserving the Harvest Series. The classes offered within this series are Water Bath Canning, Canning Under Pressure, and Freezing and Drying. Cost will be $15 for each workshop and $40 total for entire series.
