Preserving the Harvest Series: 2011 Food Preservation Classes

The Penn State Extension of Franklin County welcomes you to come and work hands-on in the Preserving the Harvest Series. Extension Educators Mary Ann Oyler and Ray Eckhart will be teaching safe and correct methods for preserving food.

Water Bath Canning -Thursday, July 21 at 6:30 PM - 9 PM, registration deadline July 19th
Canning Under Pressure-Thursday, July 28 at 6 PM - 9 PM, registration deadline July 26th.
Freezing and Drying-Thursday, August 4 at 7 PM - 9 PM, registration deadline August 2nd.
