Preserving the Harvest Series: 2011 Food Preservation Classes

- The Penn State Extension of Franklin County welcomes you to come and work hands-on in the Preserving the Harvest Series. The classes offered within this series are Water Bath Canning, Canning Under Pressure, and Freezing and Drying. Cost will be $15 for each workshop and $40 total for entire series.
