Food for Profit
Addresses food business start-up (feasibility, marketability, and profitability) as well as regulations that must be followed. Farmers who attend Food for Profit will determine if adding value will benefit their current business (if such a venture fits their personalities, skills, and current assets) as well as identify the additional resources needed for start-up.
