This site provides information to design and implement a useful program evaluation in order to improve a program, compare delivery methods, respond to stakeholders, advocate, and prepare for promotion.

The information derives from continuing questions and requests from county educators and faculty in PA. The information is based on methodological research and theory, and on twenty years of experience evaluating extension programs.
