Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) an IRS sponsored program to assist moderate income households in filing federal and state income tax returns has been sponsored by PSU Extension for the past sevenyears. This is a summary of the work accomplished in Cameron, Elk, McKean and Potter counties with the assistance of five trained and certified volunteers as well as several community agencies.
