Volunteer Designations
The Volunteer Designations feature is used solely by the 4-H program and is available under the Program Resources menu. This feature is used to designate 4-H volunteers as direct or indirect and is used to designate district and organizational leaders. Volunteer designations are entered in the system once during the first year and then maintained by the system through subsequent years. As new volunteers join in following years, their designations may be selected in the Volunteer Designations feature.
Section VII, item A of the annual report will reflect the information that is entered for the direct and indirect volunteers. Data entered for district and organizational leaders will be reflected in section VII, item E of the annual report.
Information that is entered in the Volunteer Designations feature is reflected in an Individual Custom Reports when the Volunteer Type and Leader Type checkboxes are selected.
