Group Enrollments
The Group Enrollments feature is used by both the 4-H and Family & Consumer Science programs. Group enrollments should be entered in e-data throughout the year, as they occur. When creating group enrollments, take into consideration that the program year runs from Oct 1st to September 30th. Making sure that the start date of the group enrollment falls within the program year ensures that it will be reported on the proper program year annual report. As the form is completed, make sure to designate residence, grade, age, and gender breakdowns and that the totals match.
NOTE: Previous directions and trainings instructed staff to enter group enrollments containing preschool-aged children in a Family & Consumer Science group enrollment. These group enrollments will not be represented in the 2012 4-H YDAR. Any data that is needed to be represented on the 4-H YDAR should be entered in a 4-H Group Enrollment.
New! 4-H state projects can now be added onto existing and new group enrollment entries. To add a state project to an already entered group enrollment, load the group enrollment which is to be edited within the Group Enrollments feature. The ‘State Projects Used’ line is located under the ‘Delivery Mode’ line. Click on ‘Edit’ to the right of the ‘State Projects Used’ line. Once the state project is selected, click on ‘Done’ to save your data.
