Enrollee History
The Enrollee History feature available under the Program Resources menu allows information which was accumulated prior to the start of the e-data system to be added so that historical records can be maintained. Historical data for enrollees is entered in the system once during the first year that the county starts using e-data and is maintained by the system through subsequent years.
By entering the number of years 4-H members were enrolled in 4-H prior to 10/1/2009 (or prior to the date on which e-data was implemented), correct data will be generated in section IV, item B of the 4-H annual reporting. Entering the number of years 4-H volunteers were enrolled in 4-H prior to 10/1/2009 will affect the data in section VII, item D of the 4-H annual reporting.
Information that is entered in the Enrollee History feature will also affect the calculations presented in Individual Custom Reports. Entering the number of years members and volunteers were enrolled in their program (such as the 4-H and Master Gardener programs) prior to the implementation of e-data will enable staff to accurately run Individual Custom Reports when selecting the Years As Volunteer and Years As Member checkboxes.
