e-data reporting features allow staff members to view statistics and create both standard and customized reports. e-data has been designed to help staff manage their county’s data and information. The different reporting features in e-data are available to help staff rapidly retrieve, sort, and compile your data. Reports can and should be run throughout the program year to get information on the progress of programs in your county. For example, staff can search the database to see whether enrollments are increasing or decreasing from previous years and Master Gardener coordinators can generate reports to view the number of volunteer and training hours for their county’s Master Gardeners. Reporting features available along the left side of the screen include buttons for Statistics, Custom Reports, Standard Reports, and year-end reports: 4-H YDAR and Master Gardener Annual Report.
