The Alerts features in e-data enable staff to post important information, reminders, etc. which will then appear on the e-data home screens of volunteers, members, and staff members. They can be posted to the e-data home screens for enrollees in all county programs or posted only to specific clubs or groups. To post an alert, click the Alerts button under the Program Resources heading on the left side of the screen. There are many different reasons for posting alerts. Alerts can be used to list due dates of required applications or paperwork, to give the URL of county websites, blogs, or newsletters and/or to notify enrollees of important announcements.
