Access Upgrades for Volunteers
Volunteers who assume added responsibilities (Master Gardener Coordinators, 4-H Organizational Leaders, etc.) may have their access levels upgraded at the discretion of staff in their respective county Extension offices.
There are 2 types of access level upgrades. The first allows the volunteer to use certain features within e-data but does not allow the volunteer to access individual enrollee records. The second allows access to features and access to the individual records of those volunteers and/or members who are enrolled in the same 4-H club or Master Gardener group as the volunteer receiving the upgrade. In some cases, volunteers need only Club/Group level access. In others, they may need to have both Club/Group level access AND access to individual user records.
