Deb Dietrich has served Penn State Cooperative Extension for 23 years. Initially the 4-H Youth Development Educator working with the 4-H Animal Science Program, her program responsibilities expanded to include urban youth outreach. In 2000 she became the 4-H Program Coordinator, responsible for overall program management as well as youth programming. In 2010 she was named Co-Chair of the PA State 4-H Science Team. In that role she is responsible for overall team management and program evaluation.
Debbie's areas of youth development program expertise encompass science programming, including animal science, plant science and environmental science programming, character development and programming for urban audiences.
