The registration fee of $75.00 covers instructional materials, lunch, breaks, and speaker expenses.
Note that there are two times you can eat lunch. Only one copy of this form was mailed per business. Make photocopies for additional registrants. You may pay with a credit card
Please note: This school runs at capacity. So we must have your registration in advance. Registration received after Monday, December 3, 2012, is possible only on a walk-in basis for a late registration fee of $125.00.
