Hershey Fitness CenterDr. Nelson’s research indicates that women over the age of 35 can start to lose one-quarter pound of muscle each year – and gain that much in fat. The study showed that weight - bearing exercises can help women became stronger, energized, and more active. Research results also indicated an improvement in their overall fitness and reduced the potential of long term health concerns like osteoporosis, heart disease, arthritis, and diabetes.The StrongWomen Program will help you:
- Increase your strength
- Improve your bone density
- Improve your balance,and energy
- Look and feel better!
