Penn State Dairy Alliance has been providing training for new teams since the inception of this CDE program. Over the years, Dairy Alliance has provided hundreds of new dairy advisory teams the knowledge and skills necessary to get off to a successful start.
The training is designed as a two-part series for new team members. The
first part is a 90-minute webinar about the basics of successful team
operation. The second part is a short one-hour follow-up discussion to
assess team progress and enable networking across teams within a region
for continued successful team operation. The second part may be
completed as either a local, face-to-face meeting or on a conference
call.
