Perry Country Garden and Art Tour

Posted: June 9, 2016

The Perry County Country Garden and Art Tour, a collaboration between Perry County Master Gardeners and Perry County Council of the Arts, will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2016, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Event Details

Join Penn State Extension Master Gardeners in Perry County as they showcase one public and five private gardens on the tour, with each garden featuring a wide array of plants and gardening styles. Enjoy these beautiful gardens and learn tips for your own gardens. Penn State Master Gardeners and friends will be at each garden to assist you with parking, guide you through highlighted areas of the gardens, and answer your gardening questions.

An exciting feature of the day is local artist members of the Perry County Council of the Arts will be set up at each garden, some demonstrating their art and selling their work. Enjoy plein air artists, crafters, and musicians sharing their artistic endeavors in the country setting of beautiful Perry County.
