Community Strength Training Program for Women!

This is a six week program geared for middle-aged to older women. The program was developed to help women increase their strength, bone density, balance and energy and help them look and feel better. Participants will meet two times a week for one hour sessions. The fee for the program is $45.
The classes will be held at the Carlisle High School, McGowan Building Cafeteria, Carlisle, Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 14 to July 21, 2011, 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Mandatory paperwork must be completed in order to participate in the program and individuals over age 70 must get a doctor’s permission.
