Young leaders to gather at Penn State University for PA's 4-H State Achievement Days
More than 650 youth from across the state will participate in the 2011 4-H Pennsylvania State Achievement Days, July 26-28, at Penn State's University Park Campus. The annual three-day educational program provides an opportunity for Pennsylvania 4-H'ers to demonstrate knowledge gained through participation in the 4-H program.
Pennsylvania youth find a “voice” at Pennsylvania 4-H Capital Days
Eighty-nine 4-H’ers from across Pennsylvania met in Harrisburg recently for the 47th annual Pennsylvania State 4-H Capital Days, an annual citizenship awareness event held by Pennsylvania 4-H. Nine Crawford County 4-H members were in attendance at this event; including Gwen Anderson, Jordan Wisniewski, Leonard Loucks, Kaitlyn Willis, Becca Rendulic, Brandi Forinash, Samantha Seeley, Megan Alexander and Seth Jones.
Crawford County Co-Chairs Regional 4-H Fashion Revue
Tuesday, June 28th, was a special day for Marcie White a 4-H’er of Crawford County and member of the Coon’s Corners 4-H Club. Marcie represented the County at the Northwest Regional 4-H Fashion Revue at the Ben Franklin Early Learning Center in New Castle, PA. Here the 4-H’ers from the Region’s ten counties modeled the outfits they made as part of their 4-H clothing project.
