With an alumni base of 600 strong, The Pennsylvania Rural-Urban Leadership Program (RULE) still has room to grow. Leadership is all over the map and it’s certainly in your part of Pennsylvania.
RULE has been heralded by alums, speakers, and stakeholders as a “transformative forum” for leadership development. The RULE Program continues to provide a return on investment to communities in the Commonwealth. We encourage you to consider nominating a candidate for consideration for leadership development as a RULE class member. You may have an interest yourself. Please click the Application link to the left to do an online nomination. Application packets will be mailed in summer of 2013. Interviews will take place in the fall in State College.
