Jeremy Wilson is a graduate of RULE Class VIII and has been a member of the RULE Board since 2007 and has served as chairperson of the Program/Evaluation Committee.
Jeremy is a Housing Specialist at the Pennsylvania State Office of USDA Rural Development in Harrisburg. Jeremy has over 10 years of experience with USDA Rural Development, primarily working with the housing programs. His area of specialty is the Section 502 Guaranteed and Section 502 Direct Loan programs that provide financial assistance to moderate, low, and very low income families to purchase new or existing homes in rural areas. Also, he works with the Section 504 Repair Loan and Grant program which provides financial assistance to very low income owners of modest single family homes in rural areas, for improvements to remove health and safety hazards or to make a home accessible for household members with disabilities.
Jeremy is active with his church, serving on the Board of Trustees, teaching Sunday School, serving as a youth group leader, and coaching the youth volleyball team.
Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lebanon Valley College in 1998 and his Masters Degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University in 2003.
Jeremy resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Rayna, and daughter, Elizabeth.
