Bill distinguished himself in RULE XI Rocks for his persuasive speech on the agricultural and health advantages of drinking beer.
He attended ILAC in Australia, 2008 and was given a standing ovation for his heroic measures with a luggage cart at the airport upon arrival.
A winning smile is his trademark; he enjoys hiking, biking, and is committed to the conservation and wildlife preservation. In addition to his graduation from RULE, he is a proud Penn State University alumnus as well as (whisper, here) a degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Bill is retired, works part-time for USDA/NRCS, and farms.
