February 27, 2013Congratulations to our new Pennsylvania Jersey Queen, Jaylene Lesher. Jaylene is the granddaughter of PALP Alumnus, Wayne Lesher. Jaylene & Wayne of Way-Har Farms in Bernville host each RULE class during their legislative study institute in Harrisburg.
