Six Steps to an Effective Organization
Staff and board members from a participating agency make plans together.
The program is designed for multiple organizations at the same time, each represented with up to six key staff and board members. First there is a confidential survey to gain an inside view of the organization's strengths and weaknesses. An organizational assessment leads to a plan of action and matching the organization's structure to organizational needs. Participants discuss successes and challenges at a six-month check-up. Six-session series for teams of four to six people per organization.
Audience: Agencies and organizations seeking to be more efficient and effective.
Schedule: On demand, usually scheduled as monthly sessions.
Fee: $400 per participating organization, up to six people.
