From I-80W take the Snow Shoe exit 147
At the second stop sign (at the T) turn left on to Route 144N toward Snow Shoe

You will drive 3 miles, then turn right on to Askey Road, before you get to Askey Road you will see a Recycling Center on the left hand side, right around the corner is Askey Road. As soon as you turn you will see a sign that says Winding Road 1 Mile. You will pass a mining area on this road. You will drive 1.3 miles to a stop sign.

At the stop sign go straight on to West 879 toward Karthaus.

At 8.1 miles you will cross a large bridge, watch for RR tracks at the end of bridge. Continue on W879

After crossing bridge go 1.6 miles to a T in road. Go to your right towards Piper and Pottersdale. Do not go left toward Clearfield. You are getting off of Route 879. The road you will be on is called Quehanna Highway.

You will pass Quehanna Motor Hotel on your right. Once at the top of the hill you will drive through Quehanna Boot Camp, continue on this road. From the Boot Camp you will drive 4.3 miles to the next right hand turn on to Wykoff Run Road. Welcome to the most winding road in PA. This is a road notorious for making people sick. Take your time and enjoy the scenery. It is beautiful. Also have the kids look for Elk in this area. When you see a sign for sharp turn, believe it and stay on your side. You will see camps once you near the end of Wykoff. Go over the RR tracks and the bridge.

At the stop sign at the end of the bridge, turn right, go 1/10 of a mile and turn left on to Route N872 toward Austin. On this road you will pass the Stevenson Dam.

At Wharton the road will narrow a bit, there is less berm. Continue on N872 until you come to a small town called Austin. At the stop sign by the bridge go straight continue on N872, go to the end. At the stop sign on your right will be the Northern and your left Farm Credit. Turn left on to Route 6W. This will take you into Coudersport. At the red light turn right on to R44/49. You will take R49 which will take you to Ulysses.

At the stop sign in the town of Ulysses, across from First Citizens Bank, turn left. Continue on Route 49 for about 2 miles. The camp is on your right hand side. There is a wooden sign for Penn York Camp. If you come to Connie's Market on your left, you have gone too far turn around the camp is about 2/10 back up the small hill.
