Centre County 4-H Members Win At 4-H State Achievement Days
Posted: August 11, 2011
July 26th through the 28th, five 4-H members from across Centre County competed at the 2011 4-H State Achievement days. State Achievement days allows for 4-H members to come together with members from other counties across the state and compete in areas that they have been studying for the past year. If the 4-H members win at State Achievement days, they get to move on and represent the state of Pennsylvania at national competitions. The Centre County Avian Bowl Team, which consisted of Alayni Caprio, Isaac Haggen and Kaitlin Rogers, took first place and will move on to Nationals in Louisville, Kentucky. Also attending Nationals with them is Philip Clauer, who represented Centre County and placed first in Turkey BBQ and presentation. Arimani Caprio represented Centre County and participated in the Fashion Review competition. Congratulations to all the 4-H members who competed at the 2011 4-H State Achievement Days and good luck at nationals!
