Food Processors
Training Seminar


March 7, 2001

During the past year, Penn State Capital Region Outreach Council staff visited food processing plants throughout south-central Pennsylvania to search out ways the Univesity could better support this industry.

This seminar was a result of that research. Regulatory officials, educators, and industry representatives made formal presentations. Food processors attending had the unique opportunity to network with the presentters, as well as attendeeds from other companies and businesses. This seminar provided information on:
