About the Host:

Founded in 1948 as a side business, Scholl Orchards has grown and changed a great deal over the years. The farm now supports three families and several employees. What to Expect:

Jake Scholl will discuss the farm’s beginnings and how they have arrived at their current business model including how their marketing choices and avenues have changed over time in response to customer demands and other factors.
