Small Scale Poultry
The objective of this course series is to give prospective and beginning small-scale meat and egg producers a general understanding of what it takes to raise poultry profitably. Poultry breeds, housing, health, and nutrition for small-scale meat and egg producers will be explored.
Partipants in poultry class visit a local farm in 2011.

- Instruction from Penn State Extension Educators as well as experienced small scale poultry producers.
