Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve families are invited to join us for a 3 days, 2 nights residential family camp at beautiful YMCA Camp Soles located in the Laurel Highlands in Somerset County. This weekend retreat provides an opportunity to bolster family relationships and allows participants time to connect with other geographically-dispersed Air Force Families. Campers of all ages can gain new experiences, share stories, and laugh together in a relaxed outdoor atmosphere. Tentative activities include archery, climbing tower, games, zip line, and more! Family Camp so all ages are welcome with understanding that activities will be geared towards school-age youth.
Preparing food in large quantities is different than food preparation in the home. Cooking for Crowds: A Volunteer's Guide to Safe Food Handling program helps non-profit organizations and their volunteers understand the risks involved with preparing large volumes of food and the important food safety practices that need to be implemented to ensure a safe event.
The Pennsylvania Grassland Evaluation Contest is a great opportunity for PA high school students enrolled in FFA, 4-H programs or school affiliated clubs to test their knowledge and skills.

This program educates producers, herd managers, farm employees and industry representatives on current precision dairy technologies. Participants will learn how to implement technologies on-farm and the benefits and challenges of their adoption.
The Food for Profit workshop takes you step by step through the information necessary to start and run a small food product business, especially directed to individuals who will be making and packing their products for resale through grocery stores, farm markets or restaurants.
Come to an informal lunch meeting to hear updates about what's happening in the local dairy industry and discuss issues that are important for you and your dairy operation.
